By accessing, using, purchasing, or enrolling in XPI Vault, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this website or any XPI Vault services.
2. About XPI Vault
XPI Vault is a membership-based savings, offers, and concierge platform operated by XPI Solutions. XPI Vault may provide access to discounts, partner promotions, perks, booking assistance, and related membership benefits.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in order to use or purchase XPI Vault services.
4. Membership Plans and Billing
XPI Vault may offer personal, family, and business membership plans. Plan pricing, promotional offers, renewal terms, and included features are displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
By purchasing a membership, you authorize XPI Solutions to charge the payment method you provide for the applicable membership fees, renewal charges, taxes, and any authorized add-on services.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, memberships may renew automatically at the then-current renewal rate until canceled.
5. Founder Pricing and Promotional Offers
From time to time, XPI Vault may offer founder pricing, discounted first-year pricing, limited-time offers, or promotional incentives. These offers are subject to change or termination without notice unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Any promotional pricing applies only for the period stated in the offer and does not guarantee future pricing beyond that period.
6. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your membership at any time in accordance with the cancellation procedures provided on the website or through customer support. Cancellation will generally stop future renewals, but fees already paid are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in writing.
XPI Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to XPI Vault for fraud, abuse, misuse, chargebacks, policy violations, or any conduct that may harm the platform, other users, or business partners.
7. Discounts, Offers, and Third-Party Services
XPI Vault may present offers, discounts, or promotions from participating partners and third-party providers. Availability, pricing, redemption rules, blackout dates, exclusions, and offer terms are determined by the participating provider and may change without notice.
XPI Solutions does not guarantee the availability, quality, performance, legality, or fulfillment of third-party offers or services. Any transaction or dispute involving a third-party provider is between you and that provider, except where otherwise required by law.
8. Concierge and Support Services
Certain plans or features may include concierge, booking assistance, or support-related services. These services may be subject to additional fees, partner terms, availability limitations, and scheduling restrictions.
9. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, purchasing, or using XPI Vault. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity occurring under your account.
You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with site operations, attempt unauthorized access, use the service for unlawful purposes, or exploit offers in a fraudulent or abusive manner.
10. SMS Terms
If you voluntarily opt in to receive SMS messages, you agree to receive recurring promotional and informational text messages from XPI Vault, including Vault offers, updates, and participating partner promotions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP.
Your consent preferences, opt-in records, and opt-out requests may be retained for compliance, operational, and customer service purposes.

XPI Vault and all related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as required by law. XPI Solutions does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, XPI Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of XPI Vault, membership services, third-party offers, or website functionality.
To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of XPI Solutions for any claim arising out of or relating to XPI Vault shall not exceed the amount you paid to XPI Solutions for the applicable membership or service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless XPI Solutions, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, partners, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of XPI Vault, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of any offer, service, or platform feature.

XPI Solutions may update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of XPI Vault after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
