What is the XPI Vault Concierge?
The Vault Concierge is a human-powered service that handles planning and booking on your behalf. Instead of comparing options yourself, you submit a request and receive curated recommendations optimized for value and convenience.
Is there a concierge booking fee?
Yes. Concierge services are billed at a flat rate:

$25 flat concierge booking fee

$50 flat group booking fee for bookings involving 3 or more people
The fee applies per completed booking and covers research, planning, coordination, and booking management. There are no percentage-based or hidden fees.
Can I book on my own without using the concierge?
Yes. Members may self-book through the Vault platform and access available member rates without using concierge services or paying a concierge fee.
Are there any setup fees or hidden charges?
No. XPI Vault does not charge setup fees. Membership pricing and concierge fees are disclosed upfront.
How do I access my Vault benefits?

How do I manage or cancel my membership?
Memberships can be managed according to the terms selected at signup. Access remains active through the current billing period.
